Even though Tahir is given orders to kill Farah, he starts dreaming of a different life with her and struggles to save her and her son from all the enemies that they come across. Gradually, Tahir and Farah begin to fall in love, and the romantic tale of Tahir-Farah begins.

Benim Adim Farah opens up with the introduction of Farah, A pregnant surgeon from Iran who runs away from her country and makes her way to Istanbul. As she lives in Istanbul illegally, she knows that her degree won’t get recognized there, and that is why she started working as a cleaner. Once, while working, she witnesses something horrible, which leads Tahir, a criminal, to kidnap Farah and her son.
As Farah’s child is also suffering from a terminal disease, she finds no way to ask for help from Tahir. But Tahir is under the words of her boss, Ali Galip. Tahir considers that Ali Galip would not do something terrifying to Farah, but he orders him to kill Farah and leave her child. Tahir then finds himself in a struggling situation, whether to save Farah for her child or to kill her as per his boss’ orders.
Farah is unaware of what planning is going on behind her back, and she also gets approached by Mehmet, who has different plans for him and Farah, which is to scare her for deportation and get to know everything about Tahir and her. Soon, Mehmet approaches Farah’s son and convinces him to tell him everything about Farah and Tahir’s relationship. On the other hand, Ali Galip gets furious over Tahir for not following his order, but Tahir considers saving Farah and her son as his primary responsibility.
While saving Farah and her son, Tahir considerably gets closer to Farah, and soon, Farah opens up about her past to Tahir, which leads Farah to fall for Tahir. As Tahir realizes that Mehmet is creating problems for him, he decides to kill Mehmet. But he ends up not killing him. Moreover, the wedding ceremony of Tahir and Farah begins at Ali Galip’s house, but they get attacked, and the ceremony does not happen, so does Tahir’s dream to have a family.
Farah gets feels ecstatic knowing that someone has decided to become a donor of her son, but she soon finds out from Mehmet that he was killed by Ali Galip. On the other hand, she also finds out that her ex-lover, her son’s father, is alive. Tahir is unaware of who Behnam is and what he will do when he would finally discovers his child. Surely, Behnam’s character will turn Farah and Tahir’s life upside down.
