Bel-Air Season 2 Episode 7 review is what is most needed right now, and fans are curious regarding the same. The series throws light on a reboot of the 90s sitcom called The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, only it is full of crime and real themes. In the lead, we witness the character of Will Smith, who lives in West Philly but has to soon shift over to Los Angeles to a neighborhood called Bel-Air, where his Aunt Viv and Uncle Phil live. He starts a new life here, and with season 2, we are looking at him working hard and trying to get into D1 schools.
It was coming right into the events that took place in Bel-Air Season 2 Episode 7, titled Under Pressure. It all started with the parents making breakfast for the boys. It turns out that Aunt Viv is worried about the two pitting against each other due to the whole Founder’s Award thing.
Uncle Phil is helping both the boys with golf, but he is giving the upper hand to Will, which Carlton notices. I mean, I understand what he must be feeling down there. To see his own parent giving a cousin more attention is something that Carlton, who gets jealous a lot, might not understand fully. As for Uncle Phil, he thinks that Carlton is already trained for stuff like this so that he can handle it.
Carlton’s Video Leak
Later, after the practice, when Will rushes to the school in order to give his stand and present his pointers about the Founder’s Award to the students where he is totally late to set up. Carlton and Connor are hoasting about their strategies, but soon, someone air drops everyone in the room of Carlton letting his white friends say the N-word, and then Will comes in and tries to stop him. This makes Connor drop out of the race.
Later, Carlton talks with his mom about the whole thing, and she inspires him. Instead of sulking, he gets on social media and talks with everyone about how he has also gone through abuse but does not speak about it just to fit in the Bel-Air bubble. He said all he wanted to do was to fit in and not stand out, and he knows that he is not the only one who has ever done that. People from school really resonated with his views.
Will and Doc
Coming right to Will, we see that he has finally made up some friends at the academy while playing for Doc. Those guys who were once giving him a hard time were quite impressed by his car and wanted to have a ride. They took him to a party where the men talked about their upbringings and how Will belongs to West Philly even though he is living in a posh circle right now.
He meets with Jackie here, who is very, very drunk. Seems like she is ready to pick up a fight with just anyone, even Will, in this state. It has now become his responsibility to drop her off at home, where Doc also lives. The two talk about how Jackie had a really tough childhood and, thus, faced a lot of things.
Her mom had her when she was just in high school, and thus, Doc took her entire responsibility, but she grew up feeling very lonely. Then Doc asks Will about hoe did Phil ever save him. It kind of looked fishy, but till now, Doc has been really helpful so there are two sides to the whole thing.
Hillary and Jazz
As for Hillary, she and Jazz finally broke up. Jazz is way too insecure about being around her, which does not need in her life right now. He is already very worked up about LaMarcus coming back into her life, and when his card declined, and Hillary paid for the food, it was like a huge stomp to his ego.
Will worked really hard for them to go on a date, but it obviously won’t work out until Jazz figures out his own issues. Also, this has left Hillary feeling very lonely in times when she needs Jazz, and he is not there. The episode gave us a refreshing take on the entire situation, and it would be interesting to see what comes next.
