Ascendence Of a Bookworm anime follows the life of Urano Mototsu, a college student who dies before having the chance to fulfill her dream of becoming a librarian in Ascendence Of a Bookworm. As she reaches her final moments, Urano wishes she could read forever and is reborn in another world. As is the case with isekai fantasies, Urano has been reborn as the feeble-bodied five-year-old Myne.
