Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have finalized their divorce a year after their separation. The dissolution of their three-year marriage was confirmed by a Los Angeles Superior Court judgment.
This also marks the official end of their union. Grande, 30, filed for divorce from Gomez, 28, six months ago, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who had a prenuptial agreement and no children, reached a settlement in October.
Grande will make a one-time payment of $1.25 million to Gomez, relinquish future alimony, and give him half the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home. Additionally, she will cover up to $25,000 of his attorney fees.
Grande and Gomez began dating in early 2020 but publicly announced their relationship in May of the same year. They revealed their engagement in December 2020 and tied the knot in May 2021.
Following their split, Grande has been romantically linked to her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater. Dalton Gomez has reportedly started dating after being spotted with actress Maika Monroe as the alleged couple was photographed while vacationing in Mexico.
In music news, Grande’s latest album, “Eternal Sunshine,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, featuring all 12 chart-eligible songs from the album on the Hot 100. The lead single, “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love),” debuted at No. 1, marking Grande’s sixth career chart-topper.
