About Delico’s Nursery
In a gothic fantasy world where vampires reign as nobles, the legendary figure TRUMP is revered for possessing eternal life, a contrast to the mortal state of contemporary vampires.
The anime narrative centers around Dali Delico, the esteemed head of one of the most prestigious aristocratic families, as he figures out the intricacies of vampire society and goes on a quest to uncover the truth behind TRUMP’s existence and the secret to eternal life.
Originally brought to life in Kenichi Suemitsu’s 2009 stage play, TRUMP has since evolved into a multifaceted universe, inspiring subsequent plays, short stories, and even concerts.
The story further expanded into a manga adaptation by Suemitsu and Hamaguri, serialized in Kadokawa’s Young Ace magazine starting November 2020, with its conclusion in February 2021.
Despite plans for a prequel manga titled Cocoon, the launch has been postponed due to Hamaguri’s health concerns, adding a layer of anticipation to the already rich and immersive world of TRUMP.
