Synopsis
Sarah, our female lead, is a dedicated single mother who works hard to support her family of two, with her son suffering from leukemia.
She begins working for Mr. Ibrahim’s architecture firm in the hopes of finding stability after a number of career changes.
Sarah has been through a lot of difficult things in her life, but now she is dealing with another issue: her son’s cancer is getting worse sooner than she had expected or even hoped for.
As her son’s illness progresses, Sarah must make ends meet and cover the hospital bills in order to ease her son from his pain and misery.
She had initially planned to receive a loan from the bank, but her hopeful thinking had been in vain; she had been rejected, leaving her terrified and unsure of what step to take next.
All Sarah ever wanted for her son was for him to get better and live a healthy life like all the other kids, but that too seemed like a far way dream.
Her boss, Mr Ibrahim’s son, Zein, offered to pay her bills and financially aid her when she sought him out as a last resort. Zein had just one requirement in exchange for the financial assistance – to spend the night with him.
The moment she heard this, Sarah realized how absurd it was and that there was no logical reason for her to go forward with such a proposal. Yet in the end, she gives in to Zein’s demand in exchange for her son’s life. If it meant that her son’s leukemia would improve, she would do anything.
