In heartwarming news, singer Ailee (35) has been revealed to be legally married to Choi Si Hun (32), a former actor and current entrepreneur, since August 21, 2024.
According to an exclusive report by Star News on March 25, the couple quietly registered their marriage last year and have been living together since.
Ailee and Choi Si Hun, who were first introduced by a mutual acquaintance, had been dating for over a year before deciding to take the next step in their relationship.
Their romance first became public in March 2024, when a report by Star News revealed their relationship status. At the time, Ailee took to her social media to confirm the news, sharing,
“We are happily dating. Please continue to support us, and when the time comes, I’ll personally share more good news with you.”

True to her word, Ailee personally updated fans later in November 2024 through her official fan café, announcing her marriage plans. She expressed deep gratitude to her supporters, writing,
“Thanks to all the love and support you’ve given me over the years, I’ve grown into the person I am today. Now, I’ve met someone with whom I want to share that love, and I’ve decided to get married.”
Speaking fondly of Choi Si Hun, Ailee shared that he is someone who has provided her with unwavering support and a shoulder to lean on during challenging times. She added,

Choi Si Hun first caught public attention through the popular Netflix dating reality show ‘Single’s Inferno’ in late 2021.

Although their marriage registration took place in private, Ailee and Choi Si Hun plan to celebrate their union with an official wedding ceremony scheduled for April 20, 2025.
