Aile Episode 13: Release Date, Preview, Recap & Where To Watch

The intense Turkish crime series, Aile, will be releasing its final episode soon. With Hulya finally revealing the secret that had been hidden for so long and making her choice, Ilyas had now gotten what he wanted. Meanwhile, Devin is also aware of the truth, and this could possibly cause a rift in her and Aslan’s relationship.

Aile is a drama-filled romance and action series that centers around Devin and Aslan, an unlikely pair that meet by accident but find out that they were meant for each other. Devin eventually ends up changing Aslan’s life completely, as he becomes a caring person after meeting her, in contrast to having a shrewd character before. Aile has been airing on television since March 7th, 2023. With the show being ordered for 13 episodes for its first season, we are almost at the end of the crime series.

The cast of the series includes Serenay Sankaya plays the role of Devin Akin. Kivanç Tatlitug stars as Aslan. And Nejat Isler, as Cihan Soykan. Canan Erguder as Leyla. Nur Sürer plays Hulya Soykan and Levent Ülgen as Ibrahim Soykan. Other cast members that we see in Aile are Mert Denizmen, Ipek Tenolcay, and Emel Göksu.

Aile Episode 12: Recap

In Episode 12 of Aile, we see Aslan making a scene at the cemetery after seeing his mom there. He asks if she had met up with Ilyas a day before, but she tries to escape the question and leave the place. Just as they’re arguing, Aysel shows up all teary-eyed at the cemetery, but before she can say anything, a bomb simultaneously goes off in the area, severely injuring Aysel and her baby.

After Aysel’s taken to the hospital, even Devin seems to have been injured. She’s deeply scarred seeing things going this way, but Aslan, on the other hand, feels disappointed in himself as he couldn’t even protect his own family and, more importantly, Devin. His hatred towards Ilyas was now much stronger as the bomb incident was like fuel to the fire. Devin later hears Hülya talking about something secretive which could impact Aslan.

Seeing so many traumatic events happen at once has cornered Devin. She stands outside the hospital, where Aslan consoles her as she tries to adjust to this new life, where she faces the threat of death every day. Aslan calls his guards and tells them to check all of the remaining cars and tighten the security around their home. Cihan is anxious as he risks losing both Aysel and their unborn child.

Hulya talks to Ibrahim and warns that this war should be won at any cost, and she won’t be choosing between her children for it. Devin’s involvement with the infamous crime family has started to affect her career as a psychologist as well. Ilyas leaves his house and shifts to a different place for the time being. After Aslan manages to kill Ilyas’s nephew, he plans to get back to him by targeting his wife, Devin. When she notices a car tailing her, Devin stops by the Police station, which helps her escape Ilyas’s hands.

Salih tries to get Ibrahim to act in Ilays’s favor. Meanwhile, Devin meets her mom, who is not happy with the way Devin is putting herself in danger. Later that night, the Soykan house is attacked by a helicopter sent by Ilyas. Hulya blames Devin and Aslan for the chaos they are experiencing. Even after an intense operation, Aysel ends up passing away. By the end of the episode, we see Aslan finally meeting up with Ilyas’s face to face.
