Ahsoka, a new Star Wars universe series covering the life of Ahsoka, continues to give us more material from the SWU, with great acting, amazing special effects, and lots of deep dialogue that covers the Jedi lore, the history of Star Wars’s characters in regards to the force, the show continues to give us more from Ahsoka Tano, reprised by Rosario Dawson, a character she first performed during The Mandalorian.
As the galaxy continues to try to reshape its political status after the fall of the Galactic Empire, some resistance is expected, and as we’ll see in the recap, Ahsoka has some feelings concerning the old order, the new ways, and the current status quo.
Ahsoka Episode 3 Recap
We begin our episode with Sabine and Ahsoka training in the T6 Jedi Starfighter; with some coaching from Huyang, Ahsoka hones her combat skills. As for Sabine, she’s training in the Force, but that comes under scrutiny because, as we all know, in the Star Wars universe, the amount of influence a character has with the Force is palpable to others.
Ahsoka emphasizes how important it is to train the mind and body to become whole, and she encourages Sabine to keep her mind open and follow her intuition. While this approach might seem bland, it is evident that in the Star Wars universe, each Force-sensitive character has a unique relationship and strength with that entity.
Ahsoka Episode 4 Ending Explained
Ahsoka explains the dangers of the Dark Side; as we all know from Master Yoda, anger and frustration are the path to the Dark Side, and as Ahsoka and Sabine train, Sabine has a lot of trouble harnessing the Force in her way, this is a highlight between characters that have a high dominion of the force (like Anakin) and her. Ahsoka further explains the dangers of the Dark Side; one can like her explanation of how emotionality can make a character become prey to the Sith’s machinations.
We then move to a dialogue that covers the New Republic’s political status, where Hera Syndulla talks to Mon Mothma and other politicians about the Imperial threat under Thrawn’s leadership. As for Ahsoka’s son, Jason Syndulla, he wants to become a Jedi, and this is a major character development moment because it sets the potential return of Jedi training.

Ahsoka Episode 3 Review
This episode delves into the nature of the Force. We saw Ahsoka explaining that everyone has a connection to that entity, but not everyone has the talent and discipline to control it or to become a Jedi Knight. We see how Huyang, who knows his Jedi lore, mentions Tar Viszla, a Mandalorian Jedi, the first of his kind and the builder fo the Darksaber.
Ahsoka is conflicted; we see that from her experiences in the Clone Wars, and how she left the Order. Seeing her talk to Sabine about the fact that she doesn’t need to become a Jedi means that Ahsoka is moving past the traditional Jedi teachings.
