Action Taimanin is preparing for a major October 2026 update as Gremory Games celebrates the game’s sixth anniversary with new content, events, and quality-of-life improvements. The update is scheduled to arrive on October 6, introducing Fuuma Amane as a new playable character alongside several limited-time activities and rewards.
The October update gives players multiple reasons to return, from the anniversary celebration and Halloween event to new costumes, packages, and an entirely redesigned interface. The update also introduces a new birthday system that allows commanders to receive special messages from their favorite characters.
The anniversary celebration is particularly substantial, combining login rewards, cooperative content, treasure hunting, and exclusive voice lines. Alongside the new content, Gremory Games is also adding a new event story and several gameplay-related rewards, making October one of the more content-heavy months for the 3D action RPG.
Fuuma Amane Joins Action Taimanin
The biggest addition in the October update is Fuuma Amane, who becomes a playable character for the first time. She uses a pistol, kunai, and other weapons, allowing her to switch between melee and ranged attacks during combat.
Her abilities include firing energy cannons in three directions, launching area-of-effect attacks with kunai and laser beams, and activating her Evil Eye to temporarily increase her defense while attacking nearby enemies. This combination gives Fuuma Amane a flexible moveset built around both offense and defense.
Players can participate in a dedicated Achievement Event celebrating her arrival. Completing its objectives will provide various rewards, while a Weapon Pickup Gacha will give players another way to obtain equipment connected to the new character.
Action Taimanin’s 6th Anniversary Adds New Rewards
Throughout October, the Action Taimanin 6th Anniversary Event will feature a Special Login Event, Co-op Battle Event, and Treasure Hunt Event. These activities will allow players to earn rewards including the “Costume: Kunoichi Shiranui”, alongside exclusive voice lines that offer new interactions with the character.
The Halloween event will run alongside the anniversary activities. Completing daily missions can provide Random Box items and special prizes, including Nagi’s exclusive weapon. A dedicated Event Store will also contain newly introduced items and returning rewards from previous anniversary celebrations.
New and returning players will additionally receive free Phantasmal Coins when they log in, which can be used for the free Gacha Event.
New Costumes, Packages and Birthday Features
The October update introduces the Clumsy Magician Package, featuring Nagi’s limited costume, an exclusive weapon, a supporter, and Gems. The Halloween Night’s Queen Package will also arrive with Azusa’s Halloween costume and additional materials.
Meanwhile, October’s Golden Pass will offer Clone Yukikaze’s new “Midnight Lightning” costume. Lan Xiang and Spinel will also receive new “Happy Halloween” outfits.
Another new feature is the birthday system. Players can select a favorite playable character on their birthday to trigger a special event featuring personalized birthday wishes and voiced lines based on that character’s personality.
New Story and Redesigned UI
The update will also introduce “Fuuma Harvest Festival! Fall Gourmet Mission,” a new Event Story. Completing its stages will allow players to obtain Snake God Weapons for Francis, Natsu, and Mirabell.
Gremory Games is also completely renewing the Action Taimanin UI. The redesigned interface focuses on improved readability and a more intuitive layout, giving the game’s menus and systems a modernized presentation.
