The story of Academy’s Genius Swordmaster began when the giant Ahaiyute showed himself in the Empire about twenty days ago. He wreaked havoc for unknown reasons. He was the last of the three giants. Half the Empire had now become a cemetery because of Ahaiyute.
The three giants were known for their dangerous characters. One of them had become a fried giant because of a hot-tempered red dragon, and the other one was sealed for eternity by an old man called Lorehon. The third one was Ahaiyute, on the verge of death.
Ahaiyute invokes Ronan by telling him not to cover up the truth with superficial words. The children of the star share their senses with one another, and the giants know that their opponents have been eradicated along with them. This meant that strong people like Ronan no longer exist in this world.
Though it looked like Ronan had won the fight, Ahaiyute knew that Ronan was also reaching his end. It would have been better if Ronan had realized his skills earlier and put his all into training. Ronan knew that he lived a shitty life, but he did not want to hear such words from the Giant.
As the Giant dies, he tells Ronan that the world he lives in will soon be engulfed by the starlight and disappear. Will that happen? What can Ronan do to save the world if what Giant said was true? Will the humankind be demolished?

In Academy’s Genius Swordmaster Chapter 18, we saw that the audience was very curious to know who this new freshman was. He was incredible! It looked like he was losing in the beginning, but he ended it in an instant. It was hard to believe that the guy was a first-year.
Ronan was now under the spotlight. All those who misjudged him begin to apologize. He was seen as a monstrous guy now. With his, Ronan’s sister won’t have to worry about Ronan getting beat up. Ronan thanks his seniors and takes his leave.
Ronan also apologizes to his seniors and asks them to forget today’s discourtesy. The seniors begin to like Ronan that instant. They thought of him as a bad person. But Ronan was not only strong but also a well-mannered junior.
Yril, Ronan’s sister, was worried all the time. It took a while to calm her down, but Ronan sends her off and then comes back to his friends for dinner. His sister had also sent along Cita to keep an eye on Ronan. Cita is a dragon if you are wondering.
We also previously saw that Ronan never takes things lightly regarding his sister. He made sure to keep reliable people around her to take care of her during her travels and stays at various locations.
