The chapter starts with rumors spreading about the information which Woonhwi collected. The second supreme hears about it first from the rest of the branches. So he tells his commander to bring Geumwon and Eunjae to leave for the six blood valley.

Next, we see Woonhwi practicing his new skill, illusionary eye. With the help of that skill, Woonhwi can make people space out easily. And in its second level, he can control people for about five seconds. But it only works on people weaker than him.
