Abar Proloy Ending Explained
The center plot of Abar Proloy sets in the Sundarban forest of West Bengal, where a group of teenage boys manipulates young girls into falling in love with them to lure them into the trap of human trafficking. This practice continues to raise the number of women trafficked from the Sundarbans to different parts of the country.
Animesh Datta works to rescue these young women who have fallen prey to manipulation and trafficking. The series starts with a teenage boy traveling with a young boy on a boat, telling her all the lies to manipulate her into believing him and his love for her.
As they continue to travel in the boat, the boy knocks the girl out before meeting the possible buyer of the woman. The two discuss the young boy having intercourse with the knocked-out young girl before the buyer takes the girl with him.
Meanwhile, Animesh Datta arrives at a crime scene with minor girls being hostage to be trafficked to rescue them. After negotiations with the traffickers, Animesh goes inside their lair unarmed to beat them to a pulp before rescuing the minor girls.
After the girls get rescued, they are hospitalized for a check-up while the traffickers get locked up behind bars. The rowdy officer, of whom everyone is scared, is terrified of his wife as we witness him trying to convince his angry wife. Animesh spends time with his family, and his wife informs him about their parents visiting to celebrate their anniversary.
Animesh gets called back to the headquarter to question one of the traffickers as he is known to be a tough cop, amazing at getting people to confess their crime. After the trafficker initially refuses to speak the truth, Animesh scares him of getting sexually tortured with a stick to get him to confess the person behind the entire racket.
Meanwhile, Animesh and his wife’s parents arrive, and he contacts him to return immediately. As the family continues to celebrate, Animesh is called back as the trafficker Yasin flees the scene while the police team shifts him to another prison. Animesh is transferred to the Sundarbans with the responsibility of nabbing the human trafficking racket.
After Animesh returns home, the celebration is over, and his wife has left a heartfelt note for him to read. Animesh has to confront the formidable challenge of unraveling and capturing the enigma of the Hujja gang and their malicious human trafficking operations. Following his transfer, Animesh rescues the teenage Dugga from getting traffic.
He rushes Dugga to the hospital for further treatment after rescuing her from the clutches of traffickers while the Hujja gang responsible for the trafficking of said women from the Sundarbans decide to teach Animesh a lesson. Once at the Sundarbans police station Animesh learns that the cops working there are complicit with the Hujja gang and let the traffickers continue to traffic young girls.
Animesh also comes face to face with Shambu Baba, a person pretending to be a saint who knows everything about Sundarbans. The saint warns Animesh to return or ignore the trafficking in Sundarbans as grave dangers lie ahead of him.
Animesh also meets with Mohini Ma, an attractive woman, and Shambu Baba’s partner, while planning an attack on the Hujja gang after another girl disappears from the forest. A member of the Hujja gang is hung from a tree leading to his death the following day, and the gang is suspicious about Animesh being behind the death of their member.
Meanwhile, the nurse working at the hospital tending to the injured girls uncovers the involvement of Pintu, her brother, with the Hujja gang and their trafficking operations. Dugga is abducted from the hospital by the members of the Hujja gang while Animesh figures out the mastermind behind the entire racket.
Animesh pins Kanu as the mastermind of the ongoing operations while an unexpected savior rescues Dugga from the clutches of the Hujja gang.
The person responsible for saving Dugga from the hands of the Hujja gang members turns out to be Madhbai, a lady constable. The game of chase between cat and mouse continues before Animesh begins to piece together the working system of the Hujja gang.
Did Animesh Rescue Shampa And Pintu?
Animesh figures out Kanu’s notorious criminal past and the fact about him being a known criminal who was feared by the locals. Animesh encounters the cop who apprehended Kanu in the past while Shampa confesses about her brother’s involvement with the Hujja gang at the ashram to Shampu Baba.
Unfortunately, Animesh fails to save Parul, and her dead body gets discovered later in the day. Animesh is accompanied by Binod Bihari to meet Malati, a human trafficking survivor with scars similar to Parul, to question her about her ordeal. Malati emotionally retells her story and mentions the word hyena in between sobs.
The next day Shampa and her brother Pintu disappear mysteriously, leading to Animesh having to organize a search operation to discover the location of the Hujja gang, Kannu, and Pintu. The cops are successful in nabbing one of the members of the Hujja gang, and Animesh gains a lead on Kanu.
Animesh continues to investigate and explore a haunted meadow in hopes of gaining clues with his team, to no avail. Kanu shifts the blame towards Paritosh during the investigation, and in a shocking turn of events, he fled from custody. In the climactic revelation, Animesh locates Shampa and Pintu’s location and leads his team to the haunted meadow.
Animesh rescues Shampa and Pintu from the clutches of the Hujja gang before Animesh takes up the job of teaching the mastermind behind the racket a lesson. The series ends with the mastermind of the racket getting nabbed by Animesh and his team.
