It only took a matter of seconds for Shiva to completely immobilize the Majin. So it was in a position where moving carelessly would result in its beheading.
With Shiva has the initiative, as he has managed to take control of this fight much quicker than expected. So first, he decided to interrogate the Majin as it looked more like a human than a Majin. It is a special kind that was chosen amongst humans and granted power by Lucifira.
