The premise of this anime is Shu and his roller-coaster life. Bayron City is a Mega-Float-style city in the Pacific Ocean that is unaffiliated with any one country. This city is currently the most well-known in the world as the mine for the new energy resource orgonium. Exceptional cases brought on by demonic entities known as “D Hazards” have been happening often here.
There are very few people that are aware of D Hazards. PMCs take care of them (Private Military Companies). Young Shu, who lives in Bayron City, is the owner of such a small business. He cherry-picks his occupations as well, so he is perpetually short on cash.
The stunning high school student Kisara, who attends a school in Bayron City, supports his life both publicly and personally. Ayano, an employee of a significant PMC that Shu once worked for and Shu’s ex-girlfriend, is another individual who causes her to think about him. Kisara doesn’t like her.
A contract that the two of them signed lies at the heart of Kisara’s passionate attachment to Shu.
She is actually a monster in disguise. In accordance with their agreement, Kisara helps Shu exterminate demons and even supports his way of life. A risky-sweet kiss is a cost. Engage Kiss Episode 1 Recap
The episode opens with a brief introduction to orgonium production and how it helped Bayron City become known and respected throughout the world. As she prepares breakfast for Shu, Kiasara muses to herself about the possibility that Shu might have only eaten bento when she wasn’t present due to her final exams. Then, for the first time in three days, Shu is eating madly in front of us. As we can see, Shu is actually kind of broke, and Ayano is lending him a hand.
Shu eats Kisara’s food when he gets home since he doesn’t want to enrage or disturb her. Shu is informed by Kisara that she is okay with spending her earnings on bills, other expenses, or both. We are suddenly brought to the Anti-Demon Bureau for a hearing when he clicks something on his phone. We witness a demon transformation in the interim. When Shu was about to be beheaded by the demon, Kisara stepped in to save her. Shu and Ayano had come to fight the monster. She doesn’t end up being much of a help, though, and for some reason, they start to make out. I must admit that Engage Kiss is a little odd.
The passionate kiss wasn’t just for show; it gave Kisara the strength to battle the demon. I’m starting to get the significance of the kiss in the engagement kiss. In the midst of their battle with the demon over Shu, Kisara and Ayano also begin to fight. Shu breaks up the conversation in the middle and at the conclusion, Kisara requests Shu’s spare apartment key. With their incredible teamwork, Kisara and Shu vanquish the evil. In the end, the structure shows some more unneeded damage. That is what one refers to as the cherry on top, right?
