The next-to-last episode of the Master Jedi saga on Disney plus airs next week. Here’s the Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 6 Release Date. In the previous episode, we saw major conclusions to several important characters’ story arcs introduced in this series. Moreover, we saw what Reva’s motivations to serve the Empire are. And we also learned the reason why Teva chose to defect from the Empire in favor of the Rebel Alliance.
Furthermore, this action-packed episode gives us more Darth Vader screen time. And we also see how Leia’s character builds up to her adult version in what would later become her story arc in the main trilogy. Overall, this episode has a lot going for it. So, without further ado, let’s take a look at how things went in it.
Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 5 Recap
The episode starts with a flashback sequence of Anakin and Obi-Wan sparring with their lightsabers. In this sequence, the Jedi Master teaches his padawan the value of patience. Because he sees that Anakin is always rushing into victory with his attacks, his haste will eventually catch up to him, so when Anakin disarms him and tells him he lost, Obi-Wan uses the force to disarm Anakin, teaching him a valuable lesson that will resonate further down this episode.
Vader Lands In Dabiim
When Vader discovers the Path’s hideout, he promotes Reva to Grand Inquisitor and orders her to lay siege to the facility. Obi-Wan confronts Reva while stalling for time, deducing that she knows Vader’s true identity because she witnessed his massacre in the Jedi temple as a Youngling. Reva tells him that she doesn’t want to serve Vader and instead wants to kill him for vengeance.
When the facility is breached, Tala makes the ultimate sacrifice to save Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan surrenders and is taken to Reva after realizing there is no way to win. When Reva delivers Kenobi to him, he convinces her to assassinate Vader. In the meantime, Leia can repair the doors, allowing the Path to flee just as Vader enters the cave. Reva takes advantage of the opportunity to sneak up on Vader and attack him, but after a brief duel, she is quickly overpowered and stabbed by him.
Reva’s Comeuppance
The original Grand Inquisitor reappears, revealing that he is still alive. Before they both leave Reva for dead, he takes the Grand Inquisitor badge from her. While Obi-Wan, Leia, and the Path network leave the planet, Reva, who is injured, discovers Obi-transmitter Wan’s and sees Bail Organa’s message directing her to Tatooine.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 6 Possible Plotlines
The final episode of this miniseries will need to bring closure on how Obi-Wan brings Leia back to safety in Alderaan. Moreover, we would see what happened to Reva. If she’s badly injured or finally dead in Dabiim. Furthermore, how does she handle that last piece of intelligence she gathered from Obi-Wan’s transmitter? Does she give it to Vader using her force powers and finally give in to the Dark Side and have those powers cure her of her wounds, or does she warn Obi-Wan about it?
Further still, that last scene with a young Luke Skywalker at Uncle Owen’s farm in Tatooine raises a lot of speculations on what will go down next. Can that scene be a cold gauge to tease us into a spin-off film?

Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 6 will release on June 22, 2022, at 03:00 hrs, Eastern Time, United States, on Disney+. Firstly, the final episode of the series is titled “Part VI,” directed by Deborah Chow and based upon a script penned by Joby Harold, Andrew Stanton, and Hossein Amini.
