The Build Divide series is created by an amazing collaboration between Aniplex, Yuuhodou, Homura Kawamoto, and Hikaru Muno and is produced by the studio Liden Films. It was first introduced to us as a collectible card game that was released in October of 2021. Build-Divide – #FFFFFF – Code White Episode 10 Recap
The 10th episode of Build Divide – Code White was titled “Sentaku,” meaning “Choice” and was released on the 12th of July 2022. It was directed and written by Minami Honma, Sei Tsuguta, and Yasuto Nishikata, respectively. Episode 11 begins with Hiyori reminiscing about the time she loves spending with Teruto and Sakura as their “junior”. However, the scene becomes cooler when it shifts to the present time, where she is standing opposite Teruto, with her card drawn out, ready to face him.
The episode thus focuses on their battle as they keep drawing out their cards. Of course, initially, the battle is in favor of Teruto, but Hiyori remains determined to not give up and save Teruto from the pride of being King. Sadly, Teruto calls all their memories meaningless and proceeds to seriously attack Hiyori.
She then spawns at their campsite, where she gets emotional about losing both of her seniors. Suddenly, she is carried by some cherry blossoms and glitches to a place where Teruto is all tied up. She tries to reach him but is trapped. Luckily, Sakura, in the form of those cherry blossoms, helps her out of place and grants her a Divine Messenger card. She then realizes what is going on and courageously jumps into battle again. This time she successfully manages to save Teruto by destroying the fake one. Not only this but Sakura too comes back, and they all reunite. Unfortunately, the episode does not have a happy ending because a new problem has come to play as Higuma is back!

About the Build Divide Anime Series:
Both of the Build Divide anime series take place in an interesting world with many magical aspects that focus on a trading card game.
The story’s setting for Code Black takes place in Neo Kyoto, where a “King” is said to be the governor of the place. Not only this, but it is said that if you take down this king in a trading card game battle, then you can have any of your wishes granted. Additionally, people’s strength and worth are determined by how good they play the game and how many powerful cards they have up their sleeves. Here the main protagonist, Kurabe Teruto, is someone that wishes to challenge the King and participates in the trading card game. Moreover, he meets a girl named Banka Sakura, who helps him on his quest to defeat the king despite her identity is a mystery.
Teruto, thus, makes many friends and foes throughout the 12 episodes. Among these friends include the main protagonist of Code White, Kikka, and Hiyori Munenashi. In Build Divide – #FFFFFF – Code White, Teruto, and Sakura are supporting characters, while the series focuses on the development of Kikka and Hiyori, who consider themselves to be Teruto’s apprentices. Regardless, the second series gives off an exciting vibe as its first part.
