- Conversations With Friends: Full Limited Series
- Italian Studies
- The Brass Teapot
- Catfish: The TV Show: Full Season 8E
- Enron: The Smartest Guys in The Room
- The Mountain Between Us
Mid-May slows down things a bit release-wise. But I have a personal recommendation for you. If you’re a finance movie buff like I am. And if you enjoyed “Inside Job” and movies like “Margin Call” or “Too Big To Fail,” then definitely you should watch this documentary chronicling the Enron fraud and downfall. It’s a great documentary by Alex Gibney, the same man who brought us other great documentaries like “The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley” and “Citizen K”.
Another movie I recommend is the 2021 fantasy film by Ramaa Mosley, “The Brass Teapot” It tells the story of a couple that is struggling financially and finds a brass teapot that can give them a lot of money. But they have to experience all sorts of pains —physical and emotional— for the teapot to give them the money. When they realize the caveat, great comedic situations ensue that will make you laugh and cry because of the hard choices they have to go through.

It looks like May is going to be a heavy month streaming-wise.
How Much Does Hulu Cost?
Hulu is a strong competitor to streaming giants Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Firstly, Hulu’s parent company is Disney, so you can get Hulu with Live TV and Disney, as well as ESPN bundled together for a great price —US$ 69.99 a month. But if you just want an essential subscription to Hulu, that will cost you US$ 6.99 a month —or US$ 69.99 a year— The plan comes with ads and gives you total access to the library of titles we described to you in this article.
If you don’t want ads, then you have to disburse US$ 12.99 a month. Lastly, you can get Hulu with no ads, Live TV, Disney+, and Espn for US$ 75.99 a month. That’s the best plan, the most pricey one. But if you’re deep into streaming, Disney and sports, it’s the one you’ll want to get.
So. What do you think about Hulu’s offer for May content-wise? You’re probably not going to watch all of these announced titles. It’s impossible because there are not enough hours in the month. You’ll likely stick to your niche. But what is your niche? Are you doing a watching party with your friends and family? If you liked our scoop, share it with your contacts on social media! We’re wrapping it up here at Otakuakrt. Thanks for reading our article, and please keep coming back to our front page to learn about what’s new in the world of entertainment. Happy streaming, and see you soon!
