Moon Knight Season 1 Episode 5 might be an episode unlike any of what we have seen so far. The ending of the fourth episode has it all written loud. So the last time around, we saw Steven/Marc, and Layla reaching near Ammit’s tomb. They were not alone as Harrow had made it their way before they did. An undead mummy managed to separate Steven & Layla. While Steven cracked the mystery, Layla came across a horrifying truth.
Steven got his hands on Ammit’s Ushabti but was confronted by Layla who came asking Marc about her parent’s death. Soon Harrow followed in to shoot Steven/Marc which saw them traveling to a psychiatric facility. A place where apart from them, everyone they know exists too and is crazy. On top of that, Marc & Steven found each other in person. Thus, leaving the fans thinking about what would happen next in the fifth episode of Moon Knight.
Moon Knight Season 1 Episode 5 Release Date & Spoilers
Moon Knight Season 1 Episode 5 will release on 27 April 2022. So far the episode title and synopsis of Moon Knight’s fifth episode are yet to be revealed. But from what we saw in the ending of Moon Knight Episode 4, we can suggest that it will see Marc & Steven finding a way out of the psychiatric facility they are trapped in.
The place is probably inside Marc & Steven’s minds. So this may suggest that the show is headed to explore the origin story of our hero. Marc’s past and how he became Moon Knight in the first place. Thus taking a break from the hunt for Ammit’s tomb.
Taking cues from the comics, if not their mind, there are chances this place is the Othervoid. A prison located outside of time and space for old Egyptian gods. With Tawaret not being among the gods at the council in the last episode, it increases the chances of this theory.
We may also get a peek at what Layla is up to while Marc/Steven is dead. We can predict that she may turn to look for Khonshu who might come to the aid of Marc/Steven and resurrect them as they try to stop Harrow.

Moon Knight Season 1 Episode 5 will release on Disney+ at around 3.00 am ET in the United States while in the UK at 7 a.m. GMT, in Australia at 6 p.m. AEDT and in India via Disney+ Hotstar at around 12.30 pm IST. We are one episode away from Moon Knight wrapping up its first season run. So expect another episode to follow the next Wednesday right after the fifth for Moon Knight Season 1.
