Mark Tuan Talks About His Music And Flaunts His Stunning Look
With his recent interview with Flaunt Magazine, GOT7’s Mark Tuan has come up with several brand-new perspectives about his music and fans.
His latest release, “Save Me,” has been one of the thresholds for many events of his life. He commented that it is one of the tracks that wouldn’t have happened if he had stopped making music.
It was something he was pondering upon after he moved back to the US from Korea last year. Though, at present, he cherishes his decision of not doing so and embracing the creative freedom that came with his solo career as an artist.
His interview and photoshoot with Flaunt Magazine were one of the parts of his recent promotions. He is now on the front cover of the magazine’s 180th issue. While talking in the interview, Mark discussed his music and what elements the new era would bring.
His way of interacting with his fans was one of the first things he talked about. He said that he likes to joke around with them, and he thinks that it is good to have a strong bond with all of them.
He has always considered many things they have suggested to him, for instance, a new hairstyle or a new hair color. Also, he pointed out that now this bond between them has become one of the parts of his personality.
Explaining this fan and idol relationship further, Mark said that sometimes he gets a lot of strange and weird things from them, and he thinks it is absolutely right to call them out for that. The status of a relationship is always playful, but one has to keep a boundary.
The next thing he discussed was people’s view of K-Pop artists. He comes from a K-Pop background and thus is trying his best to change people’s views on the same. His new music has the same goal, i.e., to make people aware that every artist is more than how their label portrays them.
All in all, his new album has the aim of making it more clear to everyone out there that K-Pop idols, too, are human-like any one of them out there. They, too, have many different emotions and thoughts that other normal people do.
Discussing music, Mark pointed out that narrating his story and emotions through his songs and their lyrics is much easier than talking plainly about them. According to him, making music is always fun, and writing about aspects that inspires him is easier. Right now, he wants to portray his story through his music.
