Kunpimook Bhuwakul, nicknamed BamBam, is a Thai rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer based in South Korea. And a member of the boy band Got7. BamBam was born on May 2nd in Bangkok, Thailand. He was only sixteen years old when he joined GOT7. Then he trained rigorously for three years under JYP entertainment before the band’s debut in January 2014. BamBam and Blackpink’s Lisa were hailed as Prince and Princess of Thailand. Growing up was not smooth for BamBam as his family consists of his mother and three siblings and he had to take care of them after his father died when he was 3 years old. So, automatically all the pressure would have been transferred to BamBam but he emerged as globally successful!
All thanks to BamBam’s mother who was very much interested in Rain. It was because of her that the Thailand Prince became interested in Korea’s Culture, food, and music. In 2007, his mother enrolled BamBam in a dance competition hoping that he would win. The Thai rapper did not get the chance to prove her otherwise.
