Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Walker, has officially reached a divorce settlement with her ex-husband, Louis Thornton-Allan, after weeks of back-and-forth negotiations and public legal filings.
The pair, who married in October 2021, initially separated in early January 2024. Meadow, now 25, filed for divorce from Louis citing “irreconcilable differences,” marking the end of their two-year marriage.
The couple’s divorce was widely followed, especially given Meadow’s high-profile family background and the public interest in the details surrounding their separation.
The Settlement Details: A Mutually Agreed Outcome
The couple’s divorce was officially declared uncontested, meaning both parties agreed on the division of assets and spousal support, with the terms laid out in a prenuptial agreement they signed prior to their marriage.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, both Meadow and Louis submitted an agreement to the court, which included property division and support terms.
Meadow had requested that Louis not receive spousal support, citing the prenuptial agreement, which detailed the financial arrangements ahead of their marriage.
Louis, however, requested that Meadow adhere to the terms of the prenuptial agreement, which reportedly included provisions for him to receive spousal support.
He also asked for Meadow to cover his legal fees in connection with the divorce proceedings.
After much deliberation, the couple reached a settlement on all matters, and the divorce is now nearing its finalization, pending approval from the judge.
A Public Divorce: Navigating the End of Their Marriage
The public nature of their divorce has added pressure to what is already a deeply personal situation.
In a joint statement issued in December 2023, Meadow and Louis made it clear that their split was amicable, emphasizing mutual respect and understanding.
The statement read,
“After three wonderful years of marriage, we have come to the agreement to amicably separate… This is truly a united decision and we sincerely hope everyone can respect our wishes for privacy.”
Despite the calm tone of their public statement, the legal battle and their differing positions on spousal support indicate that the process was not without its challenges.
Meadow’s Life After the Divorce: Looking Ahead
As Meadow navigates her post-divorce life, she continues to honor the memory of her late father, actor Paul Walker, who tragically died in a car crash in 2013.
Meadow’s involvement in the Fast & Furious franchise, in which her father starred, has been a point of personal significance.
In 2023, she made a cameo appearance in Fast X, solidifying her place in the legacy of the film franchise that her father helped build.
Meadow was only 15 years old when Paul passed away, and her journey into adulthood has been marked by both triumphs and challenges.
Her marriage and subsequent divorce from Louis Thornton-Allan are just one chapter in her life that continues to unfold publicly.
