Chapter 1120 of the One Piece manga brought an extremely emotional moment for the fans as they witnessed the death of one of the Vegapunks, Atlas. Atlas in One Piece isn’t a person, but a cute, atom-shaped satellite created by Dr. Vegapunk. Nicknamed “Punk-05,” Atlas works on Egghead, relieving the stresses of the various Vegapunks by “running amok” (its own words).

The One Piece manga series is written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 1997, with its individual chapters compiled into 108 tankōbon volumes as of March 2024.
