Fans are eagerly awaiting the next episode of S.W.A.T. after the first one of Season 7 was so thrilling. Hondo, Hicks, and Powell set out to bring a wanted felon back to the United States in the first episode, “The Promise.” But they found themselves in a precarious situation with weapons of mass destruction that they had not been able to locate and a thermobaric vacuum bomb.
The episode ended on a suspenseful note, with Powell’s life in jeopardy after discovering something startling about her new acquaintance, Gabriel Bautista. As Episode 2 approaches, the stakes are greater than before. Fans are now itching to learn more about the upcoming S.W.A.T. episode.
The actor who plays Hondo, Shemar Moore, discussed the emotional change and how it complicates the season in an interview. His suggestion that the group will cooperate in order to locate Gabriel and thwart a horrific attack foreshadows an exciting season.

“Peace Talks,” the second episode of S.W.A.T. Season 7, promises to be an intense and action-packed hour of television. The investigation into Powell’s disappearance and the hunt for the missing thermobaric bomb will continue in this episode. They have to locate Powell quickly in order to avert a terrible situation. Leading the charge will be Hondo (Shemar Moore) and Hicks (Patrick St. Esprit).
Deacon’s dignity will be put to the test as he deals with the aftermath of his altercation with Rocker. As they take on their most difficult assignment to date, the team must cooperate to ensure that justice is served and the innocent are kept safe.
The episode will also examine the team’s interpersonal dynamics as they work through the challenges of their demanding work. Powell has vanished from Mexico City along with a thermobaric device that has the potential to harm thousands of people. Hondo and Hicks are searching for Powell furiously; Deacon’s pride is hurt during a boxing battle with Rocker.
