The Law Of Being Friends With A Male Chapter 46 will be releasing next week! The previous chapter saw some development in Jay and Bora’s relationship as she began to get more used to Jay’s advancements towards her.
Jiwoon and Seohyun decide to help Jay and Bora date as Jay had helped the couple get together by being the matchmaker. The upcoming chapter will see more of Jay and Bora switching from “just friends” to potential lovers.
Meanwhile, her problem with Mina and Dajin wasn’t getting any better as the two of them weren’t on talking terms anymore. Dajin didn’t want to associate with Mina any longer so the latter tried to dig up dirt on Bora to shame her.
Recap
Bora went to ask Dajin on what she thought of the whole situation with Mina. Dajin didn’t beat around the bush and straight up told her that she doesn’t like liars and can’t be friends with Mina. She was spreading false rumors and talking bad about them just because her boyfriend had said so.
When Bora is back home, she starts worrying on how to respond to Mina who had been waiting to find out what Dajin had to say. Jay asks what happened and she tells him that Dajin wasn’t ready to forgive Mina, asking him what she should do.
Jay tells her to let the two of them talk it out to avoid any misunderstanding. She hadn’t had such a headache in a long time which made Jay question if she had experienced something similar before.
She is hesitant to open up about what happened in middle school so Jay doesn’t pry further. The whole time Jay was staring at Bora’s lips which she noticed and immediately called him out. He says he was looking at them so he could kiss them but just then, their food delivery comes and stops him from doing so.
The next day, Mina confronts Bora and asks why she hadn’t replied to her text last night. She start spiraling and accuses Bora for being mad at her just like Dajin. Bora tries to calm her down and tells her she’s not mad at her.
She wanted her and Dajin to talk it out themselves but Mina shouts and asks what the problem is and why Bora wasn’t telling her everything herself.
Just then, Dajin comes and saves Bora from the awkwardness. She tells Mina that she should be understanding of her reason to distance herself from her. All the bad rumors she had spread about Dajin and Bora were unacceptable and tells Mina to stop bothering others about their quarrel.
Bora returns back to class and is exhausted from all the drama. Meanwhile, Jay comes to pick up Jiwoon and go to the laboratory together. Jiwoon tells Jay that she saw him and Bora kissing on the beach the other day and asks if they were dating.
He declines, which makes her suspicious of their relationship. Jiwoon offers to help Jay in winning over Bora and along with her boyfriend Seohyun, they all decide to pay a visit to Bora’s work place. There, they ask Bora if she had a boyfriend and before she could say anything, they’re interrupted by a customer.
The customer had heard from Bora’s middle school classmates that she was filthy rich and lived in a luxury apartment. It turns out that she was collecting information for Mina to use it against Bora.
