Popular actress Mia Goth rose to fame and success after starring in horror movies like X and Pearl. The actress played the role of Gabi Bauer in Brandon Cronenberg’s Infinity Pool and also played the role of Sara Simms in the 2018 remake of Suspiria.
Mia Goth is all set to star in MaXXXine, which is going to be the last film in West’s X trilogy. Goth will soon reprise her X and Pearl role of Maxine. The actress has recently been sued due to an alleged occurrence on the sets of MaXXXine.
Why Is Mia Goth Being Sued?
In a shocking turn of events, actress Mia Hotn has been sued for allegedly kicking a background actor in the head while they were working on the sets of MaXXXine. The actor, who is identified as James Hunter, has filed a lawsuit against Goth, claiming that she intentionally kicked him in the head which led to him, suffering from a concussion.
Hunter alleges that he laid in the dirt for several hours, enduring ants and mosquitoes during a scene in which Mia Goth was supposed to step over him. Hunter has claimed in the lawsuit, that despite the actress being warned to be careful, she neglected those instructions and went on to intentionally and fully assault Hunter by allegedly kicking his head with the side of her boot. As a result, Hunter immediately experienced headaches and stiffness in his neck.
The lawsuit further claimed that no one offered medical assistance to him and no medical assistance was also provided. James Hunter later experienced symptoms of confusion, and head trauma, including memory loss, and disorientation. James Hunter has also claimed that he was banned from the film set, the very next day, and he was later diagnosed a few days later with a concussion at Placentia-Linda Hospital. James Hunter is also suing West along with the film production with accusations of wrongful termination.

James Hunter has been hired to play the role of Dead Parishioner in Ti West’s horror flick. However, the actor recently made headlines after he went on to file a lawsuit against Mia Goth with accusations of the actress Goth with claims of battery and is further seeking an amount of $500,000 in damages. Hunter is claiming that Mia’s outrageous conduct was intentional to cause injury and severe emotional distress.
Hunter went on to claim that Goth intentionally kicked him to punish him, as he earlier told a crew member that she was running perilously close to him in a prior take. Not only that but James also claimed that Mia Goth even invaded his privacy as she mocked, taunted and belittled him in the bathroom.

Mia Goth’s husband is Shia LaBeouf. The two have been together for a while and have earlier made headlines as the pair went through a tumultuous phase for a while. The actor gushed about his ladylove while talking to Jon Bernthal on his podcast, as he admitted that Mia Goth saved him when he was at his lowest.
As the pair reconciled after a rough patch, the actor revealed that they have found each other again & are currently journeying toward a healthy family filled with love and mutual respect. Shia LaBeouf revealed that Mia was present for him at a time when he did not deserve to have anybody in his life, especially her.
The actor went on to say that his wife gave him hope when he was running on fumes. The pair went on to welcome a baby girl in 2022, as the actress stated that it has been the best year of her life while adding that on every front, it has been such a celebration.
