Kim Jinwoo will be preparing to fight the knight that had come to challenge and serve him. However, the dungeon owner is sure that there is more than meets the eye of the knight, a hero-class knight. And it was at the mention of Anatolius that Kim gets a response in Dungeon Odyssey Chapter 71.
Dungeons are a region filled with activity, as there is a constant struggle for survival among its denizens and ever-changing politics. The fantasy series protagonist got involved in those affairs when he ascended from the deepest part of the dungeon. The unknown factor is proving to be quite the cataclysmic entity as his actions reverberate throughout the world and force change all around.
However, power is not all that there is to Kim, a lot of his strength lies in his allies with the ability to gather information. And we saw him exchanging information with a Black Merchant Trader in the last chapter about things behind the scenes.
While the information is supposed to help him, Kim sure wasn’t amused by the info dump. However, he asked a lot of questions about all the things presented to him, as it would be apt to make use of anything that he learns.

Dungeon Odyssey Chapter 71 will see what the soldier of Anatolius truly has to offer to the King of the rising dungeon and its inhabitants.
It is unlikely that a member of another dungeon would come in one day and show support to another leader. This was why the moment that knight entered, everyone wanted to ask him what his agenda was in seeing the king, but they failed to have him talk about his intentions.
All the attention that Kim is getting is due to his recent fight with Balicius and the resulting victory. Were it not for that, he wouldn’t have had to go through so many meddlesome affair, but he couldn’t do anything about it. And if his fight with Balicius taught him anything, it was that he wasn’t strong enough.
Kim intends to become stronger while also strengthing his dungeon and making a better life for the denizens. However, in doing so, he is willing to go to the front lines and learn directly. A decision that one of his subordinates, Rickshasha, strongly disagrees with.
Recap
Dungeon Odyssey Chapter 70 starts the action series with the trader giving the recent developments in the upper floors.
The contents of the information greatly confused Jinwoo, so the informant had to clarify the situation many times to give the bigger picture. Which in turn, made Kim question even more things and prolong the discussion for another round of info dump.
The trader told Kim that his achievement of defeating the dragon at level seven in his earlier had been undervalued. Because the giant from floor eleven decided to check the place, the achievement went to him instead of Kim. Moreover, the parties on floor ten now think that Kim’s victory was due to the support from Anatolius the giant.
To make things complicated, the giant decided he would vocalize his support for Kim and his dungeon denizens. This made Kim huff as he realized that the big golem was doing whatever he wanted and put his face in the palm.
The trader shares some more news with Kim but also has some good pieces of information as well. After hearing those, Kim grew even more concerned, which aggravated the man, as the trader felt his efforts weren’t lauded.
