The new arc of One Piece has officially begun and straw hats are at the point where they are supposed to be. Luffy, Chopper, and Jimbei are with Bonney who informs the trio that they are on the island of Vegapunk, the mysterious World Government scientist.
The fandom is ready for the new arc and see where it will head in terms of animation, story, and many other things. Wano was the longest arc of the series yet and while it was an important narrative in the series, fans have complained that it is too long.
However, fans can rest assured that this arc isn’t going to be as same as Wano’s as it will feature a lot of different narratives with a dynamic story, and thus, fans cannot wait to see a new episode of One Piece. Recap And Review
In terms of pacing and how the animation was, we have no complaints whatsoever. The pacing has surely improved and has gone well with the animation. The episode continues with the straw hats about to be eaten by a gigantic shark but Jimbei somehow manages to take the ship out of it.
However, since Luffy, Chopper, and Bonney fall into the seas, Jimbei gives that helm to Franky and moves to save them from the water. The shark turns out to be a robot who attacks the ships which results in everyone drowning in the sea.
Meanwhile, we see Jimbei also making a run from the gigantic robot shark as it comes after them to eat them as well. Whereas, the episode also features the Naval branch where we see Tashigi taking care of the children that were made into giants by Ceaser. We also see Helmeppo begging to go and rescue Koby from the Pirate Island.
Coming back to the Straw Hats, we see Luffy, Chopper, Jimbei, and Bonney arriving at the shore where Bonney reveals that they are on Egghead Island run by Vegapunk. Meanwhile, the remaining straw hats along with Sunny Go are saved by a gigantic robot which is operated by a lady who claims to be Vegapunk.

One Piece Episode 1091 is going to be titled “Brimming with the Future! An Adventure on the Island of Science” and the preview showcases a teaser of the Straw Hats in their new futuristic clothes and a little adventure as well.
The episode will most likely showcase two different adventures that will include seeing the Straw Hats on the Sunny Go being informed about Vegapunk and then eventually getting onto the Island. Meanwhile, Luffy and the others will go make their way to the inner part of the island as well and will eat first before exploring the island even more.
The episode will also showcase new characters as well while also informing us about the reasons why Bonney was looking for this island.

One Piece Episode 1091 titled “Brimming with the Future! An Adventure on the Island of Science” will be released on Sunday, January 21st, 2023, at 09:30 hrs Japanese Standard Time (JST). Following are the various timings for One Piece Episode 1091;

- Central Time (Mexico): 18:30 hrs on Saturday, January 20th, 2023.
