This could be hard for a person to deal with it solo, but it seems like it is what Hewitt wanted, as she further said in her caption, “And was great for that privacy.” The hate comments Hewitt received from the public due to her difference in aging, as seen in the spotlight, were especially disturbing for the actress.

Whether it was having a longer cold than ever or becoming a better baker, Hewitt had experienced all of it in 2023. The year was like a rollercoaster ride of emotions, development, self-love, and celebrating love for her.
In her caption for the eventful year post, Hewitt wrote, “I had the greatest time being a mommy at home with my kids. I learned to be a better baker. I learned it’s okay to take time for myself mentally, physically, and emotionally.” Hewitt also shared that she got into more praying and manifestation and was forced to have more faith than normal.
She continued sharing, saying, “I learned to love working out as a gain for my mental health and took chances on myself and my bigger dreams.” In her grief days, she felt like her mom was around. Hewitt also celebrated her 10th anniversary with her husband, Brian Hallisey, on 20th November.
While ending her note, the I Know What You Did Last Summer actress also got some tattoos this year, and Hewitt also shared that she has said goodbye to things that don’t serve positivity in her life and has made room for lots of good things in 2024 and further Hewitt added, “So here I am. Happy, blessed, grateful, and filled with hope.”
She wished others as she wrote, “I will be praying our world gets better this year and everyone sees less pain, fear, and heartbreak. Love to all, and Happy New Year!”
Jennifer Love Hewitt looks ‘unrecognizable.’
Jennifer had made a breakthrough in her career as a child actor but made headlines again after getting real about aging in the spotlight. After looking at the comments, she couldn’t control but stepped forward to speak about it after she saw comments that she looked “unrecognizable” on social media.
During her appearance on the Inside of You Michael Rosenbaum podcast earlier this month, she opposed the rising claims after she posted a dark bob hair picture in collage with her 10-year-old picture on Instagram.
Hewitt told Michael Rosenbaum, “Ageing in Hollywood is really hard. It’s really hard because you can’t do anything right,” during the podcast episode. While opening up about the comments, she said people were like, “Jennifer Love Hewitt is unrecognizable.”.
There were others who accused her of using filters and said, “Because she doesn’t want us to know how bad she actually looks now in her 40s.” While recalling it all to Rosenbaum, she said, “And I was like, ‘That is crazy, right?’”
She reverted back to all that hate by making fun of it and posted a picture using extremely crazy filters with the thought that it’s all-natural, no filter, but people even attacked her with it as they went more vitriol and said, “Well, now she’s just defending herself,” and that’s where she gave up on the whole situation.
This was upsetting for the Criminal Minds actress, as she has three kids: Autumn (10), Atticus (8), and Aidan (2). All these comments can be mentally harmful for them as well. This whole situation confuses Hewitt, as she doesn’t know how to look 22 anymore as she’s 44, and that is how she looks now.
