Fans dove into reading the latest chapter of the series with so much hope that finally, they would get to see Sukuna eating the dust with Higuruma’s plan of making him go on the trail. We were ready to see the duo take on the menace of Sukuna with all they had got and something unlike what we have seen before in the Jujutsu Kaisen series.
But all hopes were shattered as Sukuna was more than ready for this and even said that he is only interested in Higuruma’s executioner’s sword. Many fans had assumed that this trail was going to be longer but something else occurred as Sukuna found a loophole in the trail and Higuruma’s cursed technique.
The only thing that got confiscated was Sukuna’s weapon and with no hope of moving forward, fans are scared for the present sorcerers including Choso, Kusakabe, and Ino who also made a jump at Sukuna. Recap and Review
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 245 takes a turn on another battle at Shinjuku featuring Hakari and Uraume whom we had nearly forgotten. The former has proven quite a beast against the latter which we know about very shortly. Uraume continues to be someone who is really close to Sukuna and his diety and she is pissed that Hakari has become an obstacle to stop her.
She intends on finishing the battle very soon but Hakari has proven to be something that she cannot take lightly at all. In this fight, Uraume does not hesitate to compare Hikari’s regeneration with Sukuna and Gojo and even adds that Haraki’s is even higher than that.
As Uraume gets serious about the fight, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 245 makes a shift in the fight and showcases the retrial of the Shibuy massacre where Higuruem defends Yuji and says that Sukuna is the real criminal here.
Sukuna surprises everyone by admitting the crimes instantly and says that he is only interested in Higruma’s sword and thus he gets both the Death Penalty and the confiscation of his technique.
As Higuruma prepares his executioner’s sword to fight Sukuna and a other few sorceres jump at the scene but then the former has a whisper asking if he wants to die and following Sukuna’s attacks with his Slash attacks. Higuruam realizes that confiscation only applies to the tool Sukuna has and not his cursed technique.
