Chainsaw Man Chapter 150 titled “Dream’s Next Stage” proceeds with Denji and Nayuta heading home to the pets and as they go home, the latter realizes that humans are still going on with their ordinary life despite the fact there is an outbreak.
Nayuta says that starting tomorrow, they might also have to go on with their ordinary lives which means going to school. As Denji and Nayuta walk home, the former has a vision of Pochita who tells him that now that he has the normal life he had dreamed of, what is the next dream?
Denji clearly says that he wants to be Chainsaw Man. As this vision comes to an end, Denji and Nayuta come home to see their apartment on fire and Denji rushes to get his dogs however Barem makes him fall and tells him that perhaps the death of the pets will have Denji turn into Chainsaw Man.
As Denji probably is about to turn into Chainsaw Man, Fumiko appears with the members of the Public Safety and they shoot at Barem. However, Barem transforms and starts killing the public safety members.

Chainsaw Man Chapter 151 will surely continue with the current event with Fumiko trying to fight Barem and also keeping Denji from transforming. Given that Barem may have just killed his pets, Denji is furious and he sees this as the perfect opportunity to turn into Chainsaw Man.
Or his rage might overtake him and Denji might turn into Chainsaw Man without thinking twice. Fans are assuming that Denji might instead fight Barem with guns and go full-on John Wick mode.
