Shinhyuk succeeds in making progress and uses Lyra’s Stigma, which impresses Vega. It is obvious that Shinyuk does not believe Vega about him being a regressor or whatnot, but he is fine with playing pretend for now. Recap
In the previous chapter of I’m Not a Regressor, Shinhyuk is training on the roof, and we get a flashback about the time he was at the headquarters to get the results of the relic appraisal. The guy tells him that the relic he found in Mok-Dong Gate is a three-star relic that would sell for a sweet price of 1.8 billion.
Apparently, the relic also helps with mana recovery, so it is pretty useful as well. Shinhyuk looks pretty happy with the money he is going to get, and he begins calculating how much money he has collected up until now with a single goal in his mind.
Before leaving the office, Shinhyuk also asks the guy to give him a map of the underground sewers in Seoul. As he is training, Vega appears, and Shinhyuk explains the things that have happened over the last three weeks. Vega asks if ‘he’ is with the Dark Star Society.
Shinhyuk says that Heavenly Demon led forces in his past lives, but he doesn’t know if they are the Dark Star Society for sure. That is what he would like to confirm. He also asks Vega about the constellations that got swallowed by darkness, but even she has no idea about that.
He guesses that he would only get useful information from the Dark Star Society. Shinhyuk then shows his skills and his progress to Vega, who is very surprised. She believes that Shinhyuk subconsciously remembers the techniques he used in the past, and he is happy to lead her on.
