Suae, Baek Dohwa, and Eunhyeok finally found a bed and breakfast in the previous chapter. Readers are excited to find out if things will change between the three of them in Operation True Love Chapter 88.
Baek Dohwa and Eunhyeok were competing against each other in volleyball. Eunhyeok asked Baek Dohwa if he liked Suae and mentioned that he should stop following her around.
Because Eunhyeok feared it was becoming too much. Eunhyeok asked Baek Dohwa if he had followed Suae, and Baek Dohwa brazenly admitted that he had.
He advised Eunhyeok that he should go if he didn’t like it. Eunhyeok was bewildered as to why he was the one who had to depart.
They battled, and Baek Dohwa informed Eunhyeok that he was merely fortunate that the opportunity came to him first.
Baek Dohwa believed he was unfortunate, so he wanted to test his luck. Baek Dohwa announced to Eunhyeok that he was going to grab the opportunity.
Eunhyeok and Baek Dohwa’s teammates were getting frustrated because of their performance. Nobody had heard about the weather forecast.
As a result, everyone was taken aback. Everyone opted to sprint because if they missed the bus, they would have had to wait an additional 50 minutes.
Some students chose to get their bags first, but others advised them to take anything they could and run. They were upset because they had decided to eat around there.

Suae was wondering about her bag when she realized that there was something important inside it. Suae went to fetch her bag, but when she arrived, she discovered that everything had been wrecked.
She couldn’t even get it out since everything was so messed up. Baek Dohwa and Eunhyeok came to find her, and Suae informed them she had forgotten that she had left her bag behind.
Suae told everyone on the call that they should eat first because everyone was hungry. They had thirty minutes, so she planned to take the next bus.
Unfortunately, the next bus did not come. Suae never realized then that it was the last bus. To resolve the distressing situation, they tried to call a taxi.
But the taxi service informed them that they could not dispatch the taxi because of the heavy rain. Suae, Eunhyeok, and Baek Dohwa tried hitchhiking, but there were not many cars in the area.
They looked around the stores nearby to seek help since the shop owners expected that business would not go well and everyone had already closed their shop.
Because there was no meaningful advancement, time rushed past. Before they knew it, it was night. Suae and Baek Dohwa should just talk, Eunhyeok said.
They exited the bus station and began walking towards their accommodations, which were 15 minutes and four stops away. It was normally going to take them 15 minutes by bus, but it took them an hour on foot.
The narrow roads were dark because of only a few street lights, and everyone’s clothes, bags, and shoes were wet and heavy because of the pouring rain.
