There are going to be some insane developments as Kwan Dong Je goes to meet the Hainan sword sect. Though there had been the death of long-time general Jegalu Jung Ho and the takeover of Hefei, there is hope left. And that hope will start to take shape in Volcanic Age Chapter 256 as a big party goes to meet the clan.
Things have been rather hectic for Kwan and his corpse as he was met with a crushing defeat. This happened when the enemy tricked the MC into thinking that they were going all out on him, but this was a front. The true agenda of enemy forces was to take over one of the major forts of their enemy.
With the loss of that, Kwan and his forces were sitting ducks as to what they could do about it. Their hands are tied now, for the most part, but as long as they are alive, there is always hope. But their enemies have the momentum, and they are not going to stop with the leverage that they have.

Volcanic Age Chapter 256 will see the fantasy series going through a big change as the characters gear themselves up for an adventure. It is not uncommon for Fantasy stories to have elements of adventure in it and vice versa. Though the two can coincide with each other, there is something about the big fantastic adventure.
However, the characters of this series are not out to defeat some great evil and bring harmony to the world. The denizens of Hefei have taken a big hit in their last battle, and they must do everything to survive. If they don’t adapt to the situation and get themselves the armaments needed, they will be facing annexation.
We will see some old resurface in the upcoming chapters as Kwan Dong Je and his forces make their way toward the Hainan Sword Sect. It has been a very long time since the sword sect showed itself in the series.
They first showed themselves earlier in the series, and it’s time for them to be the center stage of the series once again. But there is trouble brewing on the enemy’s end, too. How will the characters deal with it all?

Volcanic Age Chapter 255 starts with the citizens of the country talking about how Hefei had fallen in a recent fight. One of the biggest blows was the death of Jegalu Jung Ho, along with the loss of territory. Though these were the words of nameless citizens, it was clear that the loss in the last chapter affected everyone.
The one hurt most by this is none other than the MC, who failed to see the deceit of the enemy’s attack. Kwan has the blessing of future knowledge, but due to the butterfly effect, his actions have caused great divergence. Moreover, the action series has progressed so far ahead in the story that the future knowledge is proving to be less useful.
The only thing Kwan could think of in a positive light was the reveal of a certain martial artist. He had never encountered this person in his past life and thus suffered from the lack of info. Moreover, it also doesn’t help that the person in question belongs to the enemy and has their eyes set on overtaking their country.
