When he asks her what she means by that, she reminds him that he has promised to give her a kiss if she wins against Orahara. With this, she also says that she has one more extra chance because his turn was blown, she will be the one to take the initiative.
This was when after making the atmosphere, she asked him to go out with her. Along with this, she says that she is happy with that but she will do whatever she wants and everything would be up to her, and also asks him if that is okay with him.
