The last season of the reality series followed the same format with the group of friends going to a wintery location for a vacation and the drama that ensued after their arrival with fights between the friends and love entanglements.
The new season of Winter House is set to follow the same pattern, with friends going for a vacation in a wintery location to spend time together and enjoy. Instead, it will be filled with drama due to love entanglements and Daniel being newly single; she is ready for a vacation hookup.
The previous season started with the friends arriving in Vermont and heating things as several held grudges against another from the previous season, and the new season will witness the friends arriving in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to vacation. The second season’s first episode witnessed Amanda and Kyle enjoying their newlywed era while Luke was left mesmerized by the new girl arriving in their vacation house.
The second episode had relationship shattering after Craig took a firm stand on sharing house chores, while Luke, Jason, and Ciara flirt with the newcomers, trying their luck at a winter hookup, hoping for more. Meanwhile, Paige grows frustrated with the way Craig is behaving with her Kory’s attraction towards a housemate grows stronger than ever, and Jason continues to struggle to know and uncover Rachel as the group starts to grow closer together.
The fifth episode witnessed the friends planning a euphoric party to bid Tom a proper farewell for his last day with them in the vacation house, while Austen misses his girl who is back in Charleston, but Austen’s history with Craig doesn’t allow him to bring her to the vacation house.
Schwartz dreads his return as he knows his relationship has changed following the Vanderpump scandal, while Paige continues to feel ignored and sidelined by the girls and Craig in the next episode, Carl and Lindsay arrive at the winter vacation house, leaving everyone excited, especially Kyle, Luke and Amanda.
The season ends with Rachel confronting Jess about the latter insulting the way she looks while Jason sets a date with Rachel in New York as the two hit it off in the season, and Jess wants Kory to make them exclusive and reveal their relationship to the group.
