We did a popularity pole for the best ongoing manga, and you won’t believe what the result turned out. We asked our readers/viewers to vote for their favorite ongoing manga, and based on that, we prepared a top ten ongoing manga list for the second week of October.
Note that we also added some hiatus manga since they come in an ongoing manga. The rules were simple: Each reader/viewer got one chance to vote for their favorite manga. And all this happened on our YouTube channel.

10. One Punch-Man
Coming up on the tenth position, we have One Punch-Man with over 6.99% of total votes in Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking. I thought One Punch-Man would rank higher than this, but seeing its ongoing story, I guess it’s fair.
9. Dragon Ball Super
In the ninth position, we have none other than one of the best manga, Dragon Ball Super, with over 6.14 votes. The recent arc of Dragon Ball Super is adapting its movie arc, where we see Gohan in the Beast form for the first time.
8. Baki
Making its way to the eighth position, we have Baki with over 6.49% votes in Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking. To be honest, I was really shocked to see Baki in the top ten list since I thought people these days don’t read something like this. But you all proved me wrong. And I’m glad to see people are still reading some good mangas.
7. Beserk
With over 6.50% of the total votes, we have Berserk claiming the seventh place in Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking. If it weren’t for all the hiatus, I think Berserk would have ranked even higher.
6. Black Clover
Black Clover claims the sixth position with over 7.03% of votes. The latest arc of Black Clover was going really well, and everyone was enjoying reading it. But they put a stop to our enjoyment by announcing the hiatus.
5. Spy X Family
We have now entered the top five ranking, and in the fifth position, we have Spy x Family with over 7.33% votes. Spy X Family is one of those manga that doesn’t disappoint with a single chapter. And now it’s anime has also started airing.
4. Hunter x Hunter
Coming up in the fourth position, we have Hunter X Hunter with over 7.74% of total votes in Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking. Even though it’s now called Haitus X Haitus manga, we can’t deny that Hunter X Hunter still has one of the best stories out there. So, let’s wait for it to return since Yoshihiro Togashi has started working on new chapters.
3. Boruto
Leaving everyone in the dust, we have Boruto claiming the third spot in Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking with over 8.35% of total votes. Boruto has been everywhere since its return.
2. One Piece
All the way from the grand lines, we have One Piece claiming the second spot in Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking with over 9.92% of the total votes. Even before the results, I was sure that One Piece would be in the top three, and I was right.
1. Chainsaw Man
Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner of Otakukart weekly ongoing manga ranking (7-14 October) is Chainsaw Man with over 11.92% of total votes. Chainsaw Man is all over the place. Everyone was getting bored of reading the same concept of Shonen Manga,
So, Tasuki Fujimoto brought a new taste to all manga readers. And I think the reason we love it so much is because it is different from all the Shonen manga out there. You might be wondering why Jujutsu Kaisen isn’t on the list. Well, I think there was some glitch. And because of that, it did make it into the list.
