Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 is all set to be released very soon which finally be returning from last week’s break. The latest chapter ended with Yuji our main character of the series finally making his move at what seems to be the major antagonist of the series, Sukuna.
Just like Sukuna remarked at the end of the Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 238, we were also hoping to see what might be in the Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 and what Yuji actually can do against a monster like Sukuna who killed Gojo without even going full out. But all of our excitement has been crushed as Gege does not plan to see this battle now.
While we were so immersed with Sukuna killing sorcerers left and right, there was another antagonist in hiding, well, truth be told, Kenjaku is even more of a villain in this series than Sukuna at this point and he is also making his move. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 dives into what Kenjaku has been doing and the curious fans have the answer that they were hoping to see by looking at Kenjaku.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 Spoilers And Raw Scans
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 is going to be titled differently, showcasing something else with a titled “Baka (STUPID) Survivor” and the begins with a different scenario somewhere else far from the battle at Shinjuku. A girl, who is an awakened sorcerer is running from someone.
The girl’s monologue reveals that she is running away from Kenjaju and she yells at him by saying that it is too cruel for someone to take their life away after just giving them the life by making them a cursed object.
As she is running away, the girl is trapped inside a jellyfish-like cursed spirit and listens to Kenjaku responding that he doesn’t care about the awakened sorcerers and proceeds to kill her.

The Girl tries to resist but she is not able to do anything against Kenjaku who eventually kills her. Kenjaku mentions that he applied cursed objects of the reincarnated one and cursed symbols on the awakened ones so that he could track them down.
Someone else arrives at the scene saying that Kenjaku shouldn’t be talking to a dead person. It is revealed that someone is Hazenoki. Kenjaku jokes to him about who can be his friend and mentions that they have to be as strong as him and not bore him but Hazenoki is not interested in being friends with him.
Kenjaku Kills Hazenoki But Someone Else Is Here To Challenge Him
Before fighting Hazenkoi, Kenjaku looks at Gojo being defeated by Sukuna on his phone and he realizes how Sukuna did it and comments on Gojo on his face. Kenny adds in his explanations that he has left behind a variety of cursed spirits to spy on the main battle and sorcerers like Maki and Yuta who need special attention.

After this, Kenjaku uses cursed spirits to surround Hazenoki but the latter uses his tooth embued with cursed energy to get away from the cursed spirits that explode on the contact. He attempts to run but Kenjaku surrounds him with the cursed spirits.
Before dying, Hazenoki learns about Kenjaku’s real objectives which are revealed to be his merging of Tengen with all the people in Japan. Hazenoki curses him as he dies.

After Hazenoki dies, Takaba makes his appearance at the scene to fight him. Kenjaku without even asking questions, attacks him and wonders in his monologue why Takaba arrived alone but says that it doesn’t matter as he has no interest in other awakened sorcerers other than Higuruma.

Takaba survives the attack which makes Kenjaku very shocked. Takaba yells at Kenjaku saying that he deserves to be in jail for his attempted murders. The last page of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239 sees Takaba challenging Kenjaky by saying “There a lot of things to get excited for in the world but the number one thing to get excited about is when an entertainer only there to match numbers takes the whole show” and Kenjaku reposnes you are right.
