This aura that he exudes makes him look dangerous in the eyes of Kim, as he realizes that the man is a walking contradiction. Not only was he the main instigator behind all this, but his display of emotion was nerve-wracking. Not a single moment of regret or fear on his face for being found out for his deeds.
Kim took the oath then and there that he will this man through and bring justice to the world. A development that was warranted as Kim started to become more and more lawful with each passing arc. But, there will always be a bit of an evil side to him, for that is what makes the comedy in the series keep going.

We haven’t even been hinted as to what kind of person she is or what she will bring to the table. So, for the coming chapters, we will learn all about her, her relationship with the chief, her new relationship with Kim, and the change he will bring into her life.
The start will be a little off-putting, but Kim will manage. He has the charisma to push his way through things and turn them in his favor.
Or, he could brute force his way through like usual… but given that he needs to establish a connection and not eliminate the enemy, maybe not. In the end, it will be the chief who will come to save the day and be responsible for starting the bond for the new family.
