The last chapter was a wind-up chapter for the series as it was the chapter after a big fight. The likes of which left Leon at death’s door with nowhere for him to go, but his allies saved him on time.
However, the skirmish did show us once again that Leon is not some chosen one with destiny as his slave. He is a man of will and desire to overcome what he sets his mind to. This is a quality that seems to be missing in many protagonists of the manhwa industry, as most of them are regressors and OP overlords.
This series was a wrench to those tropes and showed us an MC who is willing to go through with hard work alone. Moreover, it is nice to see this sentiment being used in this Korean action manhwa. The country is known for its hard-working people (and a lot of K-stuff), which is why this tale is refreshing to many.

Overpowered Sword Chapter 84 showed us the end of the villain who had terrorized the people in the name of power. However, as he came closer to death, he had a sandman moment and realized that all his actions had been done in the name of his daughter. We get a short flashback of his little daughter calling out his name in the void.
It was too late for him at this point, as the other noble had come out and put an end to his life. We are then brought to the aftermath of the fight, where the characters are being treated for their injuries. One such character is none other than Leon, who had a critical injury.
However, he was given aid on time and made it alive out of the deadly situation thanks to the healing magic of his new confidants. These new confidants are the ones that I have found out about his secret regarding the prince. But, given the events of just a few hours ago, they have decided to keep their lips sealed and help him in his future journey.
