Misfit of Demon King Academy, or the anime is also known as ‘Futekigōsha – Shijō Saikyō no Maō no Shiso, Tensei’ aired on the 4th of July, 2020 since Its first airing; it gained massive popularity due to its storyline and overpowered main character, Anos Voldigoad.
The story goes that the mighty and tremendously feared demon king, Anos Voldigoad, steps into a deep slumber for 2,000 years to evade wars between the human and supernatural races. However, it is also said that he would be reincarnated after his 2000 years of sleep, reclaim his authority as the ‘Demon King of Tyranny’, and assert his dominance like before.

Recap and Review of Episode 9
In this episode, we travel back to the past, mostly to learn about the love story of Great Spirit Leno and Anos Voldigoad’s right hand Shin. In the forest, ‘Aharthern’, Anos, the unbeatable demon king, disguises himself as a child, named Anosh Polticoul and researches what had happened to his right-hand man, Shin, and the Great Spirit Leno.
They travel back to the old times after he fell into a deep slumber, and we can see the human Hero Kanon, Shin, and Lena engaging in a conversation on the fake demon king Avos Dilhevia and how it’d benefit Anos after his reincarnation after 2000 years.
As it was hard to make Shin come to terms, Kanon tried his best to make him understand. Then Kanon helped Lena to realize that she might be in love with Shin, and Lena wanted to approach him to express her feelings.
However, Shin was very foreign to the concept of love, but he agreed with her proposal and married Lena. Later, they came to know that Lena was pregnant with Shin’s child regardless of the fact that a demon and a spirit couldn’t have a baby together. We later came to know that the baby was not Shin’s baby but a plan for Anos Voldigoad’s demise.
Even after knowing that the baby did not belong to Shin, he swore to protect her, even if it meant going against his master, Anos Voldigoad.
From this episode, we came to know about the rumors regarding Avos Dilhevia, the love story between Shin Regila and The Great Spirit Leno, and the plot of the gods to defeat the demon king.

Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2 Episode 10 Spoilers
Very little is known regarding the 10th episode of the 2nd season of Misfit of Demon King Academy, as more details about the episode are yet to be published. But At the end of episode 9, we see Shin Regila putting his sword on the ground, making it like a cross to pay respect to her now-deceased wife, Lena, as to how he has failed to make her happy.
After that, we catch a short glance back into the present where the demon king Anos Voldigoad, after knowing the past, assures his comrades that the tragedy that took place 2000 years ago, will not repeat itself.
Nonetheless, the episode is expected to air on 10th September 2023.
