But in no time, their fake love turns out to be real. Meanwhile, Yeon Do’s ex-boyfriend and the father of the baby in her womb, Jun Ha, demands her back. Jun Ha joins hands with Tae Kyung’s ex-fiance, Se Jin, to separate the couple at any cost.

The last episode of The Real Deal Has Come! Opens up with Tae Kyung’s family being in a tough situation as Kim Jun-Ha turns out to be the son of Tae Kyung’s Grandmother’s lost daughter. Technically, he is also the grandson of Tae Kyung’s family. Grandmother, on knowing the truth, starts treating Jun-ha very well. She even cooks food for him.
But on the other hand, she again starts to treat Tae Kyung like she used to before. Just because he is not her blood-related grandson. On Jun-Ha’s provocation, she even tells Tae Kyung to hand over Yeon Doo and her daughter To Ha- Neul.
Meanwhile, family members ask Jun Ha to prove his words, so he takes his grandmother’s toothbrush for a DNA test. The next day, the results came out, but it said the samples weren’t matching. Later, when she meets his sister Akka, he gets to know the actual truth that he was adopted by his parents.
But Jun Ha still decides to act cool and deceive Gandmotehr just to get back his baby. On the other hand, Kyung comes up with a decision to get his removed from their family registration and moves abroad with Yeon Doo and Ha Neul. Ok and Chan Sik opposed his decision, but seeing grandmother’s stubbornness, they considered it as the only way left.
Later, Tae Kyung drinks a lot of stress and misery. Drunk Tae Kyung goes to his family home, shows his love to all family members, and asks for the last drink from his father. After all the fuss, he insists grandmother that he sleep with her for teh last time. Seeing Tae Kyung sleeping like a baby, grandmother has a change in heart.
The next day, she shows up at Jun-Ha’s house and asks him to give up on Yeon Do’s baby. Meanwhile, Jun-Ha’s sister also considers telling the truth to her grandmother so that their family doesn’t get shattered.
