There is not supposed to be a chapter this week but the leakers got their hands on the One Piece Chapter 1090 spoilers anyways, and today we are gonna go over them, so that being said let’s get into it.
At the very first bullet points, we got the title of the chapter, “Admiral Kizaru”. That is such a cool title, because whenever the name of a title is after an admiral or character, you know it is about to pop off. With this, we get back to Egghead Island and saw that Kizaru has finally arrived at the place while using his Yata no Kagami technique, which is his Mirror technique, he used this back on Sabaody Archipelago when Apoo was trying to flee from him.
Along with that, he might have also bypassed all the Mark III Pacifiesta as well, because Kizaru is not here to play.
The Gorosei Saturn talks with Luffy with the help of a Den Den Mushi, where Luffy also mentions that he will be the one who will be the King of the Pirates.We also find out when Morgans is also listening to this conversation. This was pretty huge because no one expected Luffy will be talking to Saturn.
This was because Saint Saturn said that he did not want his presence to be known yet but the situation changed because York has been captured. Saturn talking to Luffy is also interesting and I am pretty excited to see what he actually talks about, as this was Luffy’s first interaction with a Gorosei.
One Piece Chapter 1090 Spoilers
It is also possible that Luffy didn’t even know about these guys until this point. Now that he is talking to them, and not just that but the Gorosei know what kind of fruit he has, they know that he is most likely some sort of reincarnation of JoyBoy, Sun God Nica, and I wonder if that will add an extra layer of depth to that conversation.
Along with that, the big news is Morgans is listening to this conversation, obviously depending on what they are talking about because saying Saturn could prefer he is still at Mary Geoise, which is still in the cards, but if Saint Saturn docks’ his location and Morgans knows about this then maybe tomorrow’s headline will be about how Saint Saturn is out and about in the ocean, and this could trigger Dragon to pay them a visit.
There are so many things with this, and I feel like that would be the main takeaway with Morgans listening into this conversation. Luffy is saying that he is gonna be the Pirate King but most people already know that agenda. Saint Saturn could drop some juicy details for Morgans to print in the newspaper.
Nico Robin Is Safe And Sound
Later in the chapter, we see that Robin is safe and she is now reunited with the rest of the Straw Hats. Thus confirming that in the last chapter, she was most likely taking a little bit of a break or maybe even researching some of Vegapunk’s technology or even the Iron Robot. There are a lot of things to this, but the most important thing for all Robin fans is that she is safe and sound.
The Seraphim are Imprisoned in Giant Bubbles
With this, we learned that Seraphime has made an appearance and they are imprisoned in some kind of giant bubbles. These are most likely the same bubbles that Lilith was trying to imprison as sneak-in, and the same bubbles that the Mark III Pacifesta have in their palms.
I think that this move is really interesting because while the Seraphim did turn against us for a brief period of time, they should be on our side, now that we have the main Stella Body with us again.
Technically, it would be really hard to override his orders. So with them in bubbles, Vegapunk might be suspecting that a Gorosei member is here, because if not then why would he actually entrap them? I think Vegapunk is being really smart here, and he is taking every precaution to stay safe.
I also wonder what would happen if Saint Saturn would be here if his voice goes through one of these Seraphim in the bubble, or if the bubble actually traps all sound.
S-Snake Has Fallen In Love With Luffy
Yes, you read it right, S-Snake is developing some feelings for Luffy, and that is also why she cancels Franky’s petrification, and this is pretty big. Obviously, you could say that it’s S-Snake, you know, Boa Hancock is in love with Luffy, yes!, but this is a Seraphim, this is a “man-made Robot”.
This robot has emotions, so many emotions that S-Snake ignored York’s orders of destroying the Straw Hats because she loves Luffy. It also shows that despite the command ships Saint Saturn has, while it seems crazy on paper, maybe Luffy and the Seraphim’s own emotions can bypass all of that.
Of course, there are just the spoiler points of the chapter, and so reeling it back maybe Stella Body brought S-Snack back under the control and Luffy just punched her in that direction. I feel like this would be the case, but it would be really huge if the emotions of the Seraphim do dictate what they do at the end of the day.
Another reason this emotional plot point may or may not be relevant is that a lot of people have been wondering if the Seraphim can have Haki. If they have emotions, it puts them one step closer to being a real person in a way, and that is why it is possible that will have some sort of Haki, by the end of the story or as they grow older.
Kizaru Arrives At the Egghead Island
Later in the chapter, we find out that Kizaru after a long time is finally now at the Egghead Island. Sentomaru ends up blocking his light sword. This is a pretty big W for Sentomaru as, to be honest, I was not expecting anything out of him. Considering Sentomaru got Speed Blitz by Lucci, but yes, Kizaru x Sentomaru, I can see that they might have a more emotional battle than Rob Lucci.
I am pretty excited to see how this fight is going to look in the manga because when Garp flight Kuzan on Hachunousu, there was a lot of motion behind their facade.That is why with Kizaru x Sentomaru, they have backstory together, and maybe that is why Sentomaru is able to block his light because Kizaru doesn’t want to kill him.
I think that there are a lot of things here, and I really don’t expect to have Sentomaru stall Kizaru for that long. It would look kind of silly if Sentomaru would be the one who knocked off Admiral Kizaru.
Straw Hats Are Trying To Escape
Along with that, we also find out that our crew thinks of escaping to Elbaf along with the Vegapunk’s machines, which I am assuming means the satellites, but Vegapunk and Straw Hats’ next destination is none other than Elbaf!
We were waiting for this for a long time, ever since Little Garden. They have been building up in Elbaf, and here we are about to set sell for Elbaf. I think that this makes a lot of sense for Vegapunk specifically because I was really wondering what we will do with him afterward because Vegapunk is wanted by the World Government and there is not a lot of places to drop this man off unless he straight up becomes a Nakama.
That is why I was either on a boat with Elbaf or Wano, and it looks like we are going to Elbaf, and it makes a lot of sense for the crew as well. Elbaf has the history of Ohara, they have all of their books and that is why I think that it would make a lot of sense for the crew to go there, and plus, Usopp would obviously want to go to the Land of Giants.
With this, let’s be real if the Marines try to follow the Crew to Elbaf, they are going to be stepping on Shanks’ territory, and I don’t think that the Marines would want that. That is why it makes Elbaf the safest and most logical place to go.
