The story has now moved from South Korea and Jay to a character named Kazuma, who is gifted, yet his life isn’t. Bound by the responsibilities and care for his younger sister, he decided to make a bid with the fixers to get extra money. He has no way to get the money to help her through her sickness.
What sickness it is is not specified, but it seemed to be the kind that left her unable to act and always dozed off. The fixers got wind of this and approached him earlier, and Kazuma could only fall to the seduction of their offer. However, Mahon Jo intervened when the two were making a deal and decided that his friend’s freedom mattered more.

Wind Breaker Chapter 457 will see Kazuma being shaken to his core as he comes to realize that his promise to Mahon Jo and his sister’s well-being is at stake. He doesn’t know how to react to all this. He is a teenager, after all, and is pumped with emotions. Unlike many protagonists, his life isn’t easy, and he is always at the point of making hard decisions.
This decision-making is what lead him to be a great character. Though, was it not the case, the manhwa wouldn’t have been any more enticing, for it wouldn’t have anything worth hyping.
