Tower of God Chapter 581: Recap

In Chapter 581 of Tower Of God, we get a glimpse into Zahard’s past, and Trauma explains why she was locked up. Zahard locked her away because she went berserk, and the tale of Garam Zahard on the Floor of Death is brought up.

Enne finds a memory that Zahard and the other family leaders did not want to be shared, which was a controversial decision made by Zahard. Trauma mentions that Zahard got punished for this decision, but the exact nature of the punishment is unclear.

It is revealed that the family heads, including Zahard, established a standard in which they considered everyone else in the Tower as insects or lower beings. They mostly minded their own business, except for Zahard and the other family heads gatekeeping the 134th floor.

Gustang, one of the family heads, expresses his dissatisfaction with how the family leaders ignored each other’s flaws and wants to bring this to light and do something about it.
