Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san is a Japanese manga that was first released in 2017. It has been releasing chapters often, and it is an ongoing manga. It is based on the theme of comedy, drama, and romance and follows the school life of Nagatoro and the Senpai, whom she adores. It is in black and white style manga with art by Studio 774 and Nananshi.
Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san follows the male protagonist of the manga; he does not have any name himself but is often and always referred to as Senpai, which in Japanese means senior. He idly spends his time in the Arts Club room. One day he catches the attention of Nagatoro.

Hacchi is confused, and because of this, Machida tries to trick him by telling him not to act like a scaredy-cat and back off just because he did not place a bet but as he still intends to put up a fight.
He then accepts the bet because there is a lot on the line. Machida glares into his eyes before leaving. As Hacchi and Nagatoro are heading back, Nagatoro cannot help but be furious at Machida for behaving in such a manner. Hacchi had asked for help from his friends, but they apologized because they did not want to be involved in such a mess.
Nagatoro confronts her Senpai about what he has planned for the match because he accepted the bet so soon and boldly before everyone. She was disappointed to find that he was picking a fight with her, and he did not have anything planned to win it. Meanwhile, the martial arts club receives leave for the next day of training to prepare for the tournament.
Nagotoro refuses an offer to attend karaoke, as she has plans for modeling. Meanwhile, Senpai meets up with some of his friends to receive some help in winning the tournament. He finally comes to the conclusion he is going to choose the subject of the self-portrait of Nagatoro to beat his formidable enemy, Machida.
