King the Land Chapter 10 Recap

Someone says he likes his ideal type, a beautiful woman with a nice body, and some say they like women with long hair, whereas one of them says he likes people who laugh a lot. So they ask Gu Won his ideal type.

Gu Won tells them he likes girls with a smile, and after telling it, he remembers a glimpse of Sarang from the time he saw them when he was a child. He also tells them about a girl who’s good at climbing trees. Ever in the classroom gets frozen upon hearing his answer.

Even Gu Won starts to question himself for what he said. However, he remembers something unclear, where he was climbing a tree with Sarang (he didn’t remember her yet).

Later we see Gu Won having lunch at the dining table with his family. His father and sister were discussing their family business, so he thought to eat quickly and go. Gu Wo’s father tells him to study hard and not to lose his top position so that he gets into university and study business like his sister.

Now that we got a time skip after when Gu Won and Sarang parted ways. So in the next chapter, we will probably see Sarang’s appearance. If we carefully take the hints from Chapter 10, we can predict how Sarang will meet Gu Won.

In Chapter 10, Gu Won’s father mentioned that he would soon complete his schooling and go to a university. So there are high chances that Gu Won will meet with Sarang at his new university. As in chapter 10, there were two moments where Gu Won remembers Sarang, but as he met her when he was a kid, he has a faded memory of her.

However, once he sees Sarang, he will recognize her in an instant. After seeing Gu Won glow up, fans are excited about how Sarang will look. I guess we will find out about that pretty soon.
