The chapter starts with people at the castle talking about Jinshi as he has not returned. An hour has passed since Jinshi left with Maomao. Basen sent a search party, but they did not find them yet. It was hard to tell what Shi Shou was planning, but given that he was the host of the banquet, he would not want anything to happen to Jinshi.

The only thing Basen could do back then was to wait for the report from his subordinates, but he regrets not going with them. After some time, one of Basen’s subordinates arrived to give his report on Jinshi.
