Icarus came in to stop him and take some rest, along with a letter addressed to him.
They both were skeptical of the contents of the letter, but at the same time, they were curious about the contents. Kayn suggested that he should be the one to open the letter as it was his duty as a knight for his lady. Icarus protested that he had mistaken her identity, but Kayn spilled the beans so that everyone knew she was a woman.
The mood didn’t last long as Kayn opened up the letter, and his calm demeanor changed into that of anger. He was furious at the contents of the letter as it was a threat disguised in order. They were to go to the capital ASAP; failing to do so would mean that their family members would die.
