Two unknown men ask Nurse Eun Tak to meet Seok Gu, but he declines. The man threatens him with a video of him fighting with a patient. If he refuses to comply, the footage will be on social media and harm the hospital’s reputation. There is breaking news about a runaway soldier who shot his senior with a grudge.
Dr. Kim and Dr. Eun Jae have again saved another critical patient with their talent and skills. Meanwhile, a patient is missing. When Dr. Woo Jin arrived to meet Eun Tak and saw the locker was open. On the other hand, Eun Tak is beaten up severely by Seok Gu. Seok Gu asks him to give him some painkiller drugs from the hospital. Seok Gu terrorizes Eun Tak to destroy his ten years of hard work within seconds.
People are having mishaps due to excessive snowfall. The trauma center is full of patients for treatment and shelter. Gi Tae and Hyeon Jeong are panicking that the shooter soldier was admitted to the hospital and is missing. Dr. Woo Jin advises Gi Tae to contact the police since the soldier is hurt and running through deep snow is difficult.
Military police have arrived at the hospital and have reported that the offender has fled with two weapons. It is dangerous for both patients and staff. Dr. Kim ordered to evaluate the place. While the shifting and evacuations were over, the culprit came out suddenly. He had a weapon in his hands and was breathing heavily. He has come to kill the admitted soldier. Dr. Dong Hwa doesn’t want to leave the patient in this situation.
Dr. Woo Jin is trying to stop the culprit by talking and diverting his mind. The man points the gun toward Dr. Woo Jin. A sudden gunshot noise frightens everyone. The police arrive at the location. Seok Gu shot in the arm. Both the patient and Dr. Dong Hwa are in good health. The culprit has seized Dr. Woo Jin.
Woo Jin was the target of the gunshot once more by the offender. Dr. Kim was concerned about Woo Jin and relieved to find him in good shape. The soldier got arrested. On the other hand, Eun Tak was no longer scared of Seok Gu’s threats. Seok Gu got caught by police due to his drug addiction.
